Back in the day, on the other forum, there was a post for pig skewers.
An Asian style recipe, lots of lemon grass and garlic.
Finished with "jungle salt" peanuts/salt/galangal powder.
Buggered if I can find it, craving them. Can sorta remember the recipe but does anyone remember the post/recipe?

I think this recipe came from Luke Nguyen's Vietnam. Made his recipe many times and they are a winner. Pretty much the same I think.
Are you thinking of the pork belly strips maybe?
