Lazy Sunday Kettle Chook

  • Lazy Sunday arvo with lazy man’s roast dinner in the Outdoorchef. Tried to brine it but only had time for around 2.5 hours in the drink and honestly can’t say I noticed much of a difference, except, despite my attempts to dry the skin off, the skin was not as crisp as you normally get out of a kettle. Still came out delicious though. May have slipped with the chilli flakes into the brussel sprouts...

Also threw in a bonus pic of last weekend's lamb roast
