Good move. You'll be happy with that toy.
Congrats! You can never have too many BBQs!
Good stuff!
Congrats!
I see you also bought a box of the chargriller charcoal. It will get you started. Do things like season the grate etc and give you time to source better cheaper charcoal while you enjoy playing with your new toy. You will be amazed what good lump charcoal can add to the flavour to your food, plus affect how long and hot the cook will be. On the journey to find a good charcoal supplier don't be too surprised if you buy some rubbish. There's some good war stories about bad charcoal stinking the food.
There seemed to be enough space in the back of the car to fit a WSM as well.
Cheers 12x7, we have a good charcoal place in adelaide (should say used to be good, been a while since last visit) season the grate =veg oil?
One bad move today was going to Costco for the first time with the wife on a free visit card! Lasted 5mins and she joined up!!!!
We were there to see smokers not buy pizza and lemon tarts!
I was quite impressed with the Meat section!
Anyway guys much appreciated and thanks for the help once again! Seems like a good forum here! My wife used to say to me, how come you don't take photos of your bbq food anymore? Well i might start posting once again.
Stay tuned
