  • Ok, So you all know the rub I've been experimenting with lately. Last attempt being an epic fail. This due to technique more than the rub itself.

    Figured I'll use his sauce, my rub, Cape Grim Beef ribs.

    A few beers in.....

    Took these to 185F. Had a starving mate who was beginning to get heavy eyes. There is no dramas in this, for those who are wondering what the status quo is, 190-205f, just like any of the other big cuts.
