What were you cooking on prior to the Akorn? -
Looking good Cap.
So no problems with it running away from you? Did you smoke them as well?

Didn't smoke them other than with the lump charcoal, and I did have a little runaway with the temp before they went in but I got it under control pretty quickly & easily.
Ribs where mostly done on my cheap offset stick burner or the kettle. @cjbfisher

They look great, how long and what temp?

They cooked around 125c for nearly 2.5 hours. I wrapped them in foil and continued cooking until floppy, probably anther hour and a half.
