Don't personally think it's the pellets Jimmy70 ....and the length should not matter as the auger will break them up...they are not a hard pellet to break down by any means and your auger should cope with the length IMO.

Jimmy70 you should also reach out to Rod Duggan on FB about your issue as this is the first time I have known anyone to be having issues.

How do they burn longer then another manufactures pellet?

I guess it just comes down to what I've used been able to test personally been able to get my hands on here in Australia over the past few years
