Smoked & Hammed Whole Chook!.

  • As I have been brining hams, thought I would inject & drown a Whole Chook for 24 hrs then give it the treatment in the Z Grill on the dome with the Smokai using some Mountain Ash chips & Red gum pellets. Some very nice & tasty smoked spuds there too! Here is a picture or 3 ;)
