So being Good Friday and having nothing else to do in quarantine decided yesterday to do some prawn, scallop and chorizo skewers.Marinade of Garlic and smoked chilli oil.
Got the Primo setup and turned the Grill Grates over so I had a flat surface to grill on.
Bought grill up to 500f and put them on 5 minutes in total.
Bit of Salad and a very tasty lunch.
