Finally got the PK Grill into WA!
I did my first cook on the PK grill today, nothing special, just a little bit of Pork Belly.
I love how you can set the vents to draw the heat over the food! Vent under the charcoal open and vent over the pork open perfect for indirect cooking!
The temperature was Rock Solid on 209°C for the last hour!
So easy and the result was perfect! And how sexy does the PK look??
The PK has a huge reputation for cooking steak, they are the preferred BBQ for SCA competitions….so I’m trying that next!
