Have been pumping out smaller loaves of my favourite bread both in the oven & the pellet poopers since lockdown using a baking tin.
Needed a large loaf today and always have issues with proofing....handling with hand shaped loaves.
Had a little brain wave last night and decided to use those grill mats most of you would be familiar with.
Worked a bloody treat...made it real easy to handle from the proofing....which I do in the Microwave....not on though....through to the oven cook.
Just thought you may like to know.... .
