Did you find the I/N?
Jimmy70 Thanks. I might grab some when I do my next brisket. Might be a little while though. Still got quite a bit in the freezer.
cjbfisher let me know. Just give me a couple of days heads up.
Did you find the I/N?
Yep......0170052....
Nothing in either of the southern Sydney stores (Kirrawee or Padstow). I asked the staff there and there is stock in western Sydney stores. Website's not showing the item at all when searching. Will use the I/N number and try and order some for pickup.
CozI'mHausen your pic seems to show price as $12.50, not $10 that gourmetgalaxy saw at his local?

I noticed that, mine was $10 also.
That link shows @ $10 also......Looks like Coffs are overpriced!...
Coffs is the same price, that label was for something else.
Also I read somewhere on Facebook that the roll fits nicely into the jumbuck heavy duty aluminium roll box for easy rollout and cutting

Ahh, sneakly trying to pull us all into the 'jumbuck world'... :biglol:
Update from Sydney.
Seems only a few stores with stock left, none within driving distance form me to make the saving worthwhile. I tried to do a special order and the supplier is showing out of stock in the Bunnings system so can't place an order.
Got some with an online order for Pickup at Oakleigh Bunnings - going to try it out this weekend instead of foil for wrapping ribs
Good score man. Enjoy!

Interestingly, Aaron Franklin uses butcher paper on brisket but foil when wrapping ribs. The theory is the ribs don't have enough fat content to lose in the paper and by using foil they retain it in the meat. Our smaller ribs are a lot smaller than his too so I'd try the paper on brisket.

Thanks for sharing. I'm guessing you're talking beef ribs not pork?
My understanding is that American beef is much bigger than AU, but pork in Australia is bigger than what you generally get in the US.
No, I'm talking pork ribs.

Good call - i'd actually come to the same conclusion yesterday thinking about todays cook, going to stick with foil on ribs.
Was in the new Bunnings at Palmerston, NT on the 25/8 and they had the butcher paper and extra thick aluminium foil. Bought a roll of each to bring home.
Went to my local at Reynella SA today and still none in stock. Cheers
