Yep, just grab your pizza tray and slide it out - no need for gloves !!!
Anyone used one of these? How does it compare to the Ooni?
Anyone have any experience with these? I'm interested
I've never seen one in the flesh but, it looks OK, seems to be a bit higher internally than the Ooni, it's unclear if it has an inner skin to retain heat and protect the exterior.
Runs on Firewood and/or Charcoal, loaded from the back, my Ooni pro runs best on firewood but it loads through a hood, the chute to load this loos OK but you'll need small bits. It also looks like the fire is behind a baffle, this stops the back edge from burning, so that's a good thing (I'm making a baffle shield for my Ooni)
Yeah the internal height looks pretty good. Doesn't look as wide though but still pretty good. Good question about insulation to retain heat.

The Ooni has an inner and outer skin, so the air gap is a form of insulation but also, it keeps the direct heat from the fire from discolouring the shiny outside.
Any reason why this couldn’t be used with pellets?

Pellets can be used. The manual recommends pellets under 3cm's in length as longer pellets have a slower feeding rate, causing cooler temps. This is not what you want for a pizza oven.
The specs says it is a stainless steel exterior. It also has a "0.8mm galvanised aluminium plate". What would this be? Hopefully not the inside lining as I sure wouldn't want galvanised aluminium in contact with the flames and exposed to the pizza.
ok, wondering if there is a typo, why would you galvanize aluminum? Hopefully one of the metal blokes will jump in here.

I love me a bit of Metallica, Slayer and most things metal.... but I wouldn't have a clue about galvanized aluminum

I'm thinking they mean Aluminumized Steel, like used in Mufflers and Charcoal Chimneys etc??
Hi guys,
I ordered one of this pizza oven in Dec, saying Expected dispatch date: 4 January 2021. I will let you know how it goes. Lot's of my friends keep suggesting and saying I should cancel the order and get an Ooni but for $200 I think is worth giving a try to this one.
I also found a video on YouTube for this oven:
Also if you want to save a buck you can get it from Alibaba: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail….28424b00OA3g7z

Impressive pizza! Be interested in hearing how your unit performs.

Ciao.
I bought one too. I hope it ships this week..
Excellent. Can't wait for a review/ update on this. I'm interested in buying one as well.
Ok. So here's a short review.
Easy to put together. Build quality is ok - missing some washers but no big deal. It is double skinned as you'd want.
First time out I used lump charcoal. It was finicky to get it up to temperature and I only achieved about 550f on the stone. Pizza was so-so.
Second time round I used hardwood - basically kindling which I chopped in half. Heated up in no time and got to 800f+ with no problem at all. Flames were licking the roof over the pizza as you'd want. Pizza was sensational. I highly recommend at this price point ($200). I think it will be getting a lot of use.
Thanks for the review JimmyCee! Sounds great for $200. Can you please tell me the dimensions of the fuel grate drawer? I'm wondering if a Ooni gas attachment could be modded into there for added versatility.
