Garlic Rosemary Lamb Rack

  • Found a little lamb rack on special a few days back and as I rarely buy them because of the price this jumped out at me.


    Pretty simple, scored the fat, liberal amount of S&P, fresh garlic and rosemary.


    Into the Akorn at 200c for around 25mins then rested for 10mins before serving.


    One of the nicest pieces of lamb I have ever cooked!

    I used to cook a leg of lamb every week but haven't for years. I tended to go for pork and beef but had some loin lamb chops last week and they were great too.
