Tonight it was grilled lamb chops and a small lamb cutlet on the Asmoke grill. They were marinated for a short time in a new offering we haven't tried before from Rich Glen Olive farm, which was their Olive Oil, Rosemary & Garlic Lamb Rub and it was really good.
The lamb came out fantastic with just the right amount of char on this great little pellet grill.

Hey mate, these look amazing, can I ask stupid questions and say what did you do and on what cooker?
hey Jordie_tackles no stupid questions here mate. They were cooked
on a weber kettle with the baskets in the middle with one chunk of smoke wood on top. They had a cheats rub of Costco taco seasoning, oil and mixed herbs and then sauced towards the end of a 45 min cook with sweet baby rays.

Burgers on the 4 burner gasser last night. First use of the surface thermometer and hamburger patty maker I got from Urban Griller as part of the Cheeseburger Challenge Beachbums ran last month. I can see them both being the sort of devices that you wonder how you ever lived without.
P.S. didn't get a pic of the patty maker in use; doing burgers again on Saturday and will try for pics then.
