That's what i get for not jumping on it right away. They had stock yesterday. Wasn't sure if it was just going to be an impulse buy that sacrifices more bench/cupboard space and gathers dust

Embarrassingly, that's exactly what's happened to my one so far.
Ours gets a fair bit of use. Mostly for stock, as a rice cooker and for making Yoghurt. I still probably don't use it as much for making pressure cooked meals as I expected but it's found a solid place in our kitchen.
yeah, I figure I'd use it a lot for stocks, which is why i'd go the 8 litre. Less so for rice as we have a decent dedicated rice cooker.
They seem to go on sale a lot so will keep an eye out for more stock or the next sale.
