In hindsight I should have done half maple the other half plain. But very happy with the taste.

Not real good dough, and to have hot ham, salami and pepperoni on a pizza and it still needs salt to have any flavor, there is something wrong!

Some short ribs on the pro q and veggies on the 560.
Beef ribs look great. Wondering how you did the potato? They look nice and golden, done just right.

matty par boiled for around 15mins, put into a foil pan with oil and then onto the smoker at 365f for another 15 mins Removed from the pan and onto the grill for another half hour turning twice.
They turn out perfect, crunchy on the outside with that real fluffy inside.
