Hey Brains trust, While surfing aroiund folllowing a link UG sent me I tripped over this Redfish on the smoker which got me thinking that I dont really do much bbqed fish.
I went to the fishmonger this morning and ended up with a fillet of Mulloway to try this out on. The original rub looked ok but got thinking to experiment a bit.
After having a look at a few other rub recipes I sorta combined a few and came up with this......
2tsp Sweet Paprika
1tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2tsp Pepper
1/2tsp Sumac
1/4tsp Oregano
1/4tsp Dill
1/4tsp Tarragon
1/4tsp Mustard powder
Be interested to see what rub you would use either home made or a bought one.
