Aim for saltbush mutton if you can get it - beats lamb for flavour every time!
I always go for mutton if I can, ideally that point where hogget becomes mutton. They are the ones I choose out of the paddock.

Thai fried fish with chilli sauce.
Traditionally done with a whole pan size deep fried Golden Snapper or similar, but had to settle for a fresh Barra fillet tonight. Life’s tough!

I've had the joetisserie for a few years now, it's served me well!
gourmetgalaxy it was a battle keeping them off my seedlings! I think I've won though.
