  • I have grilled the Íchíyá-bóshí of Mackerel which I had made the other day, and I have enjoyed it with Mom.


    We loved it.


    It is a little difficult to grill it not to burn it, as I added Mírín in the soysauce-based mixture.

    The bones beside the Íchíyá-bóshí are salt cured ones. The meat around the bones is delicious!


    I have also included those pictures which show roughly how I cure the mackerel.
