    10hrs

    open pit, 18" wsm

    3hrs salt water spritz then apple juice.

    flipped at 6hrs, alternate salt apple juice spritz.


    the head shots..... just on, 3hrs, 6hrs.

    then open pit.

    i got maggot and misplaced phone 'till now.

    sorry no more photos, but, it worked, crackling, sweet juicy, tender and no left overs.


    gunna do shoulder for pulled pork on chrissy day.


    up in smoke.....that's where my money goes.....
