Since I do not have any place to hang the meat to dry, I have been drying it with dehydration called Pichitto Sheet in the fridge.
Now I wrapped it with a sheet of gauze which is like cheese cloth to avoid case hardening.
I’m going to hang it in the fridge until it would be dried enough to eat.
I would see what it would be like.
