New Weber GoAnywhere, so keen to give it a run. This is my second cook, first were just some chicken and vegetable skewers.
Mcguvyered an indirect setup with a foil tray with the bottom cut out and some foil on the grate.
Filled her up with lump and a couple of coconut briquettes, with a little piece of apple wood to give me 15 minutes or so of smoke.
Mrs Bilda got a lamb roast prepped already by the butcher. Spuds under the roast on the charcoal rack and she’s sitting happily at 160c.
No handle on the GA yet as waiting for the timber ones…. Bloody dangerous, have to be careful not to forget to use gloves.
Can’t wait to see how this turns out…
