So just grilled some Eye Fillet and a couple of Chicken thighs on the Jr. Set it half with half a load of charcoal using the KAB divider.
Should give you an idea of the size of the Jr.
I have been a little quiet on the cooking side lately not through any other reason other than I have been busy.
Used a Lanes rub called Magic Dust which was good but as you can see the sugar component has a tendency to burn. Chicken was actually really nice.
