Just an introduction of myself - Hi!

Hi all,

Just introducing myself. Been looking at low and slow for a long time and recently pulled trigger on Pellet Grill.

Have found myself lost / trapped more like in the Youtube Alice in Wonderland-esque world of BBQ - especially seasoning and cleaning.

Anyhow just stopping in to say gidday.
