Jaccard recommendations

Looking at getting a Jaccard for pork skin, chicken etc.

A search on here didn’t show up anything.

Any recommendations, or just find a cheap one on eBay?

You can get them pretty cheap on eBay etc..

Or support Urban Griller he sells them 👍🏼

I got mine from him and it works fine .

Many folks use two. Small round pins work well on chook. Large flat wider blades on brisket.

Whenever I've looked online to buy one myself (ebay/amazon etc), the reviews normally complain how blunt they and almost useless; get reviews of whatever product you grab!
