I had a boneless leg of lamb in the Freezer and the Sister in Law is up for this week.
The Rotisserie for the XL turned up earlier this week so I thought What a great way to break it in.
Butchers Axe rub and a couple of chunks of cherry wood and away we go.
Set up the XL with charcoal at the back and a foil tray at the front.
Smartfire monitored the cook and temp hovered between 350f and 400f.
Sat back and had a couple of Bourbons whilst Jnr took care of the baked veggies.
Every body went back for seconds.
