Avoid the Melbourne CBD unless you want to get mugged or acosted by homeless beggars.

My wife and I spend a weekend in Melbourne at different hotels every six weeks. We have never had a problem.

I noticed the name Dean & McPherson comes up on my bank account which means they are controlling the catering. So prices have been increased to allow their cut as well.
