Each season the MLA produce an interesting online magazine that looks and food trends and focusses on a couple of chefs and their dishes.
They have just released the Summer (Lamb) issue
It's a good read and usually inspirational, there is a Sign Up link on the page, they will send you an email when the next issue is out. The entire history of the mag is also there right back to when it started as an industry printed mag. Good reading!
