Grill2Go bacon sticking to grill

  • Thank you for the feedback. I always wash the grill with soap & water after use, but with no effect.


    Looks like I'd better spray & coat the surfaces with high-heat canola cooking oil and heat up for 15 minutes as suggested in the official Grilling Guide.

  • You might need to spray a couple of times, it looks very dry. After 6 or 7 minutes turn it off, spray again then turn back on.

  • I would advise as the guys above. But also bacon cooks better starting from a very low heat and turn often as the heat increases. :yum)

  • I actually seasoned my grill2go grates in the oven like I would cast iron before first use. I think you should be fine after you do a round of seasoning like everyone else has said.
