Is that a mince in a pastry?
LOL yeah kinda, but a frozen supermarket variety. The wife didn't like the taste of these but i didn't mind them. I read in one of the forums I go to that some people place frozen wontons indirectly on the grill, they thaw n heat up fairly quick so I use them as a snack while waiting on more important items to be ready. Always heat them to about 75C internal due to being mince meat and Not bad actually.

Yeah. I've done it a couple of times but it's a trickier cook than just ribs or belly alone. Pretty decadent though, getting a rib with meat all the way to the crackling. Parts got a bit dry while other parts were juicy and tender. Not sure if there's any way to avoid that.

Wanted a Double Big Mac. Well, McDonalds is not offering them right now...so...

bet it was better than McDonald's

This would be my homage to the Biscuit World's (a chain in Ohio and West Virginia that serves lots of breakfast sandwiches) "Duke". I realize the Duke is on a biscuit, but everything else is correct! Double egg n hash browns, 3 slices of cheese and 7 strips, on a Hoagie roll! If you wanna get real hungry google it and look at their sandwiches!

Those Sausages look Spectacular!

They're a local produce, Rodriguez bros. I've been eating them for years, even before they became available at Costco. but in the last few months they've actually improved. Not sure how they've changed the recipe.
