I'm wondering how do you cook 6 chooks at one time? I'm assuming they mean pieces and not complete/whole chooks?

12x7 I agree. I obviously have the Primo's so don't need the Green Egg but they are great quality and worth the $$$ IMO.
When i went to Meatstock in Melbourne to catch up with the CEO of Primo they said that they have a similar but new video in the works.
Dont get me wrong KJ are a good cooker but cant get to those temps.

Just use one of their adjustable racks. You could do 4 beer can vertical then 2 horizontal on a rack above. Easy to do 4 - 5 kg of wings the same equipment on a large. BGE have perhaps the best racking systems over the years. Certainly the most non OEM.
