Retired Genesis Repurposed

I'm not sure if it's a crap idea, but I'm going to repurpose my old Genesis into an outdoor kitchen work bench and storage cupboard. Pulled all the bbq parts out now and measuring up a hardwood insert to go in there, then hey presto. Taken the thermometer off the hood whick looks like it will fit my kettle lid that needs one and the hoods handle is going to make a nice tea towel holder. Warming rack im still to work out, likely just something inside the cupboard. Holes in the side table I'll just live with/ add "character".
