BBQ FACT 3
500,000 Barbecues are sold in Australia yearly.
With two thirds of Aussie households having BBQs I guess most of them are sharing their cooks in other places than this forum????

G’day
I suppose it’s like push bikes. Everyone buys them but do they use them? I know where they end up….. in the hard rubbish throw out. Flat tires their main defect.
Along of course to the cheap bbqs. The more expensive could last 5 or more Australia days. But by the time they hit the throw out they’re pretty poor.
Regards Dave
Theres still a lot of chop and snag burners in Australia that do not bother with low n slow and there's so many choices these days compared to the bad old days. But after looking at many real estate pictures over the past 2 years, the BBQ that sits on many patios, verandahs or at the side of houses are the good ol Weber Q
Theres still a lot of chop and snag burners
and what wrong with some snags and chop (lol - a single chop????)
We have 2 smokers - 1 gas, 1 electric. 2 x spits - 1 mini bench top type, 1 full sized open type. 5 or 6 Barbeques / hotplates - 1 large at home, the others are options for camping / travelling lol - Ziegler and Brown, WebberQ, hotplate for a camp fire, electric grill for small feeds and umm I'm sure there's another one haha
