How many all grain brewers are there on the forum? Would be good to do a Brew and Que day. A brew generally takes about as long as ribs.

I'm torn between being impressed and an urge to call ASIO.... Seriously though, great looking setup.

Don't drink anymore, they took my card away...Anyone ever make Oatmeal Stout? There was a brewery in my old home town of Fresno Called Bulldog Brewery in 90's that did one...best beer I ever tasted!
If ya ever make one...Drink to me, drink to my health, ya know I cant drink anymore...

Yeah Bentley
Oatmeal stout is quite popular down here.
I usually make it at least once a year, good sipping over winter. -
Not as blingin' as some of you guys setup, but it makes good beer.
and yes, Bentley, we do Oatmeal Stouts. Not to blow my own trumpet, but have placed at both State and National levels with an Oatey Stout.

Not as blingin? Bullshit, that herm-it coil rocket thing is awesome, and the ss fermenter too!

Yes, was a sizable investment, but Stainless is fo' life, yo!
Thinking I want to upgrade my Mash Tun next. Looking at the new SS Brewtech MT, they're expensive, but they look soooo good. Might be cheaper just to get an old "reconditioned" keg, instead though.

What he said...
You should have seen my dad's system in the early 70's 5gal water bottles. He would have 2 inches of sediment on the bottom of the bottles bless his heart! RIP Dad!

Hey GN, to get the pics looking right, go back to your post above, click edit and then go to the attachments area. Place the cursor in your post where you want the pic to be and then hit either thumbnail or full image. Do the same for both and you'll see that they populate better and you won't have the image heading and image details at the bottom any more. They should look like the post further up which Warmbeer did. If you hit full image, you can resize them manually too. Just click and drag the bottom corner.

Thanks Gumb
Rotated the pic in paint and saved it so i dont know why its gone back that way. -

Hi
Fancy rigs. I am a long term (15 plus years) plastic tub, Coopers Tin man. Do add a few bits, but nothing to this level. Look foarward to tasting a few at an event one day.
