This would be my homage to the Biscuit World's (a chain in Ohio and West Virginia that serves lots of breakfast sandwiches) "Duke". I realize the Duke is on a biscuit, but everything else is correct! Double egg n hash browns, 3 slices of cheese and 7 strips, on a Hoagie roll! If you wanna get real hungry google it and look at their sandwiches!

And I am sure I will keep bugging you with nuggets you don't need...but let the saw do the work. As you use it, you will start to understand what that means as you feel it bite into the wood!
Steadman, how big a saw was your FIL using? I got a 60cm and I cant imagine what it would be like to have that happen with it! One reason I tell folks not to be afraid to lean into it with your body!

A sharp chain is a safe saw! I would love to say never run it with just one had but that would make me a hypocrite! DO make sure you have a frim grip when you are cutting, don be afraid to lean into it! Can't really educate you on kickback, you just have to experience it to understand it! I am assuming that is a chain brake?

Turn off all heat. Put cheese of your choice on griddle. Wait 30 seconds, mix meat and onions, move that to top of meat (sorry no picture) microwave roll for 30 seconds and add beef! If you use these directions to a T, be very hungry or have a few friends there!

Cook meat about 30 seconds on medium heat and move to indirect heat area. Once enough is built up, season and start chopping! I use large putty knife.

I am a White Onion guys for this application! Sliced on #4 setting and grilled till soft, tender and brown then moved to indirect heat.

They had Bone on Rib Roast here in Mayberry last week for $5.99/lb. I cant remember grade, but as I look at the cut I see USDA Select! Still, not a bad cut for a sandwich! Number 3 on the Chef's Choice 610 Slicer! This is a Manly sandwich 14.6oz (414g.), use whatever works for your size appetite! Bread was a 3 day old, 2/3 size French Loaf! Microwaved for 25 seconds then cut.

You are not going to show a cut piece of that...What a Tease!
