How much per kg for a whole leg ??
I pay about 7 bucks a kilo….
from local wholesalers- comes from QLD farm somewhere I’m pretty sure

Fresh caught south coast snapper - by me.
Marinated in soy garlic chilli fish sauce and lemon - basted with same whilst cooking over coals.

I used a bag on the spit before xmas it burnt well - did go thru 90% of the bag in 5-6 hours.
I think it was about $40 for 18kg - head beads stuff is about $60 now at red hammer for 20KG
Havent tried it in the Primo yet for low slow.
