Swamptrout - agree I like the count rule but i tend to go for 5-6 seconds for most cooks.
Except when crackling up a piece of pork

Agreed overnight best but 3-4 hours would be OK if time poor

Be very careful drilling holes in the side - I did that and let all the gas out of it …
Then had to fix the hole and have the fridge re-gassed.
Pain in the arse !!!
I did post about it in here

Standard brush plate used by electrical/ comms trades for running cables out of walls , is there another one anywhere in the house ?
They may have had cables run to a desk or tv unit from another room or the roof/ floor space

Hi OP! If you're looking for a good smoker to replace your Aldi, you may want to check out this website https://dicksonbbq.com/. They have a ton of different options that you can choose from whether it be electric, gas, or wood. They also carry a lot of different brands so you'll most likely find one that would suit your preferences and your budget.

I had a problem today - it had logged me out when I opened the app then when I logged back in the previous cook was still up and wouldn’t clear ….
After mucking around for 20 min turning on and off still would not clear so I deleted the app and reinstalled it - logged in and now it doesn’t want to pair up
.
So I’ve put away for another day when I have more time …

Time and internal temp please Jimmy70
