If that was Perth, I'd be on that.

Our raised beds are just corrugated zincalume with SHS posts on the four corners and in the centre of each long length of the bed. Posts are dug a little into the ground for extra support. Sheeting is attached to the posts with tek screws.

Don't think I can stand it for much longer... Wait, I think I'll just go and have a swim and maybe grab another Pawpaw. Definitely will need a beer also.
Building a holiday home to escape to and holiday let. I have already built the work shed and using that for accommodation and doing the ground work for the house slabs.
Ummmm, discount for forum members?
This needs it's own thread

I did the KCBS judging course years ago. When GrantGV and I weren't competing, we used to judge. No pay though, but generally good eating.
And some not so good?

I'd love to know where they're getting them from to be selling them so cheap! I've been hit with 3 prices rises in as many weeks and just can't afford to sell them for under $10 per kg. (free range)
I'm going with scale of supply chains

Nice, I don't cook pork often but I assumed it would be hard to get good crackling in the Akorn or any kamado... Any tips? I'm addicted to Bahn Mi at the moment so am keen to give it a go.
My best crackling has actually been the Akorn. Done it three times, better than I've ever managed in my kettle.

I would just do the same way as on the bone.
Smoke initially, then wrap, or boat, or do something like my barbacoa with it.

Going to have to try this myself. Always wanted to do a lamb barbacoa style with banana leaf wrap, but that chuck looks damn fine!
I have a lamb shoulder in the freezer that I will have to try the same method.

Only got an induction stove, so that's out. But I'll just have to do it over the coals in the BBQ while they are getting lit before I put the meat on.

For my birthday dinner tomorrow, I hope to smoke up a chuck on my Akorn, to slice. We have a few banana plants, and I was thinking about trying to wrap in banana leaves instead of foil. Has anyone else wrapped meat in banana leaves?
Any suggestions on how to do it?

Is there anyway to pull the history/archives of that forum and at least store them on this forum. At least then the info can be maintained.

It looks like its got wheels on one end and castors on the other, so I'd imagine you wouldn't need to pick up either end to wheel it around.

What's postage to Perth?

How good is Optus Stadium though?

From the photo it looks like you pour lit charcoal into the top of that rear burner.

Socceroos are through to the World Cup now. Great news for Australian sport.
