    Yes, definitely use yeast. I think you can do without if you make a fairly wet dough and leave it out to collect yeast from the air,but I haven't tried it myself.

    Yes I agree, they've gone the same route as a pellet cooker, but I reckon this would be better than a pellet cooker due to the ceramic insulation and yeah, it's charcoal, better than woodpellets imho.

    This saves you from buying a third party solution.

    Is it better or worse than buying an add-on? It depends on the individual.

    With in the increase in 'computer'/tech it's starting to be a mandatory requirement for your bbq to be near power and wifi.

    Had a go at some Pizzas tonight. Pretty good but think they will get better with practice. Stone cracked on the penultimate pizza.
