Yeah really happy so far. Only used 3 times this week giving it another run today and omorrow, do you find it’s hot one end and a lot cooler the other?I probably look at putting some 6mm still heat deflectors in instead of the ones it came with

Yeah mate, pretty much all offsets have different heat zones. It works as a positive the more you use it as you can cook different cuts or proteins at different temps at the same time.
Just added a pro smoke offset to my collection of cooking utensils.
