I posted there but re-posting here in case you don't get the notification. Wondering what rub you used on your chuck? Was it home made or store bought? Can you remember?
I hope you don't mind me contacting you directly, but I noticed in one of your posts that you may have a warming rack for a Weber Family Q that you are no longer using?
I didn't know if it would be appropriate to post in the thread as I though it may appear to be "hijacking" the thread and didn't want to burn my fingers.
